The Building
An old weaving mill long since converted to loft-style office space and artist studios, this typical Berlin Gewerbehof building houses an eclectic mix of tenants. There are music studios in the basement, artist studios throughout, architects and IT companies mingle with a carpenter’s wood workshop and two gastronomy spaces flank the entrance - your own Portuguese coffee & pastries bar and an excellent Mexican restaurant. Ufer is located in the commercial part of the building, on the 2nd courtyard on the 1st and 4th floor of the 5-story building.

Size & Layout

Ufer offers private offices & a few individual desks on 2 floors on roughly 1800 sqm of space. The private offices seat between 4 – 24 people and are always exclusive to one company.
